The Group was founded by Lai Thien Phong, M.Sc., Chairman of the Board of Directors, who brings many years of experience in land administration, spatial planning, monitoring technologies, and large-scale project management.Under the founder’s leadership, TPGroup Technology Holdings has brought together a team of Vietnam’s leading experts across geospatial technologies, UAVs, AI & data, urban planning, infrastructure and environmental monitoring, and digital transformation, forming a multidisciplinary intellectual ecosystem with deep expertise and strong real-world implementation capabilities.
Throughout its operations, TPGroup Technology Holdings and its predecessor entities have directly participated in and implemented numerous key national projects, working in close collaboration with ministries, government agencies, local authorities, enterprises, and major domestic and international corporations. These efforts have made tangible contributions to urban management, natural resources, infrastructure, transportation, and sustainable development.
